岗位职责：

1、负责Unity3D引擎架构设计，核心功能开发和技术攻关；

2、负责制定编码规范和代码审核的工作，对项目的客户端开发质量负责；

3、负责带领客户端团队完成3D图形重点难点技术攻关，优化和调整引擎结构，提高客户端效能；

4 、协调策划、美术等其它人员工作，并参与产品开发计划的制定并跟踪执行，保证游戏开发的高效进行；

岗位要求：

1、本科以上学历，3年以上游戏客户端开发经验，1年以上管理经验，至少完整参与一款的移动游戏项目开发；

2、良好的图形学功底，熟悉3D游戏制作流程，了解美术各环节与引擎效果的关系，精通u3d中Shader的编程和应用，能够以*低的消耗支撑优秀的美术效果；

3、熟悉C#以及面向对象编程，熟悉lua，了解C++语言，具有严谨的逻辑思维能力；

4、对游戏的玩法及业务逻辑有较高的认识和见解，热爱技术，优秀的技术攻关能力，较好的技术视野，并具有较强的自我管理能力以及团队管理能力。
