岗位职责
1、负责Android平台上的应用开发、功能迭代、测试及上架，确保产品稳定运行。
2、参与App的架构设计，编写高复用、可维护的代码，并对App进行持续的性能优化（如启动速度、内存、功耗等）。
3、与产品经理、UI/UX设计师、后端开发等紧密合作，参与需求讨论、技术方案评审，共同推动产品落地。
4、解决开发过程中的技术难题，如卡顿、崩溃等，并负责编写和维护相关的技术文档。
任职要求
1、计算机或其相关专业，本科及以上学历； 1-3年或 2年以上的Android开发经验。
2、熟练掌握 Java 、 Android 等，扎实掌握Android四大组件、UI绘制、事件分发、多线程、网络编程（如HTTP/TCP）等基础知识。熟悉Android SDK、Jetpack框架。
3、熟悉常见的应用架构（如MVVM/MVP），并有实际使用 Retrofit、OkHttp、Glide 等主流第三方开源库的经验。
4、熟练使用 Android Studio、Git 等开发和版本控制工具。
具备较强的逻辑思维和分析能力，能独立解决问题，对新技术保持好奇心和学习热情。
5、具备良好的团队协作精神和沟通能力，能与不同角色高效配合。
对产品质量有强烈的责任心，能适应一定的工作压力。
6、对大语言模型（LLM）和AIGC 有深入了解和实践经验。
