Customer Service
- To ensure the entire operations team understands the need to deliver service that consistently surpasses expectations;
- To drive the development of training plans based on Mystery Shopper Feedback, to improve the customer satisfaction increase customer loyalty to the company.
Store Operations
- To work with the Retail Manager/Area Managers/Area Supervisors to identify opportunities to grow sales build the business;
- To work with the Managing Directto develop the company store operations “blue print” to ensure consistency in operations standards service across all new existing stores;
- To build a strong internal network facilitate an open working relationship amongst all departments to ensure that the stores are fully supported to achieve the sales profit targets.
Financial Performance
- To prepare the annual budgeted store P&L monitthe performance of each store against the agreed targets;
- To be proactive in understanding the competition, communicate activities take action to minimize loss of company market share;
- To produce reports as required to evaluate store operations performance Communication;
- To attend facilitate the weekly sales meeting using it as a forum to review performance across the company share new activities;
- To communicate actual sales results at the sales meeting other forums as required;
- To effectively communicate cross-functionally externally to ensure that the operations team requirements are well articulated understood inder to get support foperations activities initiatives.
Team Leadership
- To demonstrate reinforce the company Vision, Mission Values at all times provide the necessary leadership to gain commitment from Retail team;
- To identify execute ways to increase employee’s loyalty, satisfaction pride with the company experience.
