岗位职责：
1.体系构建：深度参与建立、维护与持续改进公司的职业健康安全管理体系与环境管理体系；
2.监督、检查各部门EHS履职情况，确保EHS制度和措施落到实处，负责和督促各部门每天的6S 检查及整改；
3.提供专业EHS技术支持，解决EHS疑难问题。包括但不限于安全危险源识别，环境危险源识别，风险评估，职业病防护，特种设备安全，有限空间作业安全；
4.参与组织全公司范围的EHS培训，提高各级人员（特别是生产一线）员工安全意识和技能，同时为ERT 专业培训提供支持；
5.参与事故调查，分析直接原因及系统和管理上的根源，通过统计分析各类安全数据，为决策提供数据支持；
6.参与企业级应急反应预案的编制、演练和评估，协调资源，确保在发生紧急情况时能够有效响应，为应急反应（火灾、特气，化学品泄露、异味等）的相关培训、演习提供支持；
7.参与对承包商，供应商及第三方的安全管理包括但不限于安全，健康，环境资质和表现的管理；
8.参与消防系统运营维护管理；
9.负责员工职业健康管理；
10.负责工业“三废”管理，确保符合环境标准要求。
任职要求：
1.大专以上学历，安全、化学、环境等相关专业；
2.2年以上Fab EHS相关经验；
3.熟悉危险源识别、评估、管控，掌握危化品安全管控要求（MSDS、防护、应急），熟悉异常事件紧急响应流程和处置方法，熟悉环保与职业健康管理，熟悉消防系统运行与维护，熟悉EHS相关法律法规；
4.具备高度的责任心以及较强的沟通协调能力。
