1、FPGA内部可编程逻辑定制电路设计和指导版图设计：涉及核心可编程时钟网络设计，Block Memory电路设计，PV监控测试电路等逻辑模块设计。
2、构建时序模型和LPE抽取，延迟信息提取,EMIR仿真，PI/SI分析。
3、Post-silicon时序验证，PVT validation，jitter分析。

工作岗位能力需求如下：
1．掌握定制逻辑电路的设计和HSPICE仿真。
2．了解半导体版图设计。
3．掌握PVT对时钟网络的影响，了解时钟jitter相关概念。
4. 掌握静态时序分析原理，熟悉SPEF/STA lib抽取流程。
5．能够根据设计指标对电路进行性能/功耗/漏电的权衡。
6．需要自驱力，能够独立思考解决问题。

岗位要求：
1．微电子专业本科5年或硕士2年以上定制逻辑电路或模拟电路设计经验。有流片和测试经验。
2．能独立制定项目和工作计划，积极主动完成任务。
