岗位概要：带领团队实现产品全生命周期质量保证，负责质量保证团队建设工作，负责质量专项改进等工作。
职责一：带领团队实现产品全生命周期质量保证工作；
1. 带领团队进行产品端到端质量策划、风险管理等活动，持续识别产品质量风险的改进机会，推动改善实施，保证产品风险可控；
2. 带领团队进行产品全生命周期阶段的质量问题管理跟踪，推动问题闭环；
3. 带领团队进行产品各阶段测试验证活动；
4. 参与设计方案、工艺方案等评审，支持相关测试验证活动；
5. 带领团队开展测试方法的研究，建立标准测试方法；
6. 带领团队负责产品上市后客诉处理、监测、定期风险和不良事件管理等工作。
职责二：负责带领团队对设计变更实施管理
1.设计变更的质量风险评估及策划
2.设计变更的测试验证方案的策划、实施、执行
职责三：负责带领团队对质量改进专项推进整改
工作任务 1.对质量顽症问题、客诉批量事件等牵头立项
2.对专项整改过程、整改效果实施管理
职责四：负责质量保证团队建设工作
1. 负责质量管理体系相关流程建设和优化等工作，持续提升效率；
2. 开展业务培训，支持质量保证团队能力建设。
任职要求：
学历/经验：本科及以上学历，电子、计算机、机械、金属/高分子材料等相关理工科专业优先
经验：5年以上质量管理相关工作经验，3年以上团队管理经验，有医疗器械质量管理、质量验证测试相关工作经验优先考虑
知识：
1. 熟悉ISO9001， ISO13485等质量管理体系；
2. 熟悉医疗器械相关法律法规和标准优先；
3. 熟悉质量管理工具优先，如QC七大手法、SPC、FMEA、MSA等。
