岗位职责：
1、严格按照公司规章制度做好与质量保证工作相关的制度管理工作，负责组织、检查、监督相关制度的落实情况；
2、认真贯彻《药品管理法》、《药品生产质量管理规范》及有关规定，做好生产过程监控，保证生产严格执行工艺规程与标准SOP，确保过程质量受控；
3、对生产质量管理和工艺操作过程进行监督、检查、指导，对存在问题进行阻止并督促改正；
4、对生产过程中偏差进行调查、分析及处理；参与变更的评估；
5、批生产指令的复核，批生产记录、批检验记录的审核、归档；
6、定期监控库房物料管理情况；
7、负责原辅料、包装材料、中间产品、成品的取样工作；
8、定期对洁净区进行环境监测；
9、参与验证工作，起草或审核验证方案、验证报告；
10、负责监督不合格产品的处理；
11、负责GMP相关的投诉、不良反应、退货等审核处理工作；
12、参与新产品研制、工艺改进工作；
13、协助质量保证部经理完成公司自检、产品年度质量回顾等质量管理活动；
14、完成上级领导交办的其他工作。

任职资格：
1、药学、药物化学或相关专业，本科及以上学历，2年以上的相关工作经验；熟悉口服固体制剂、原料药生产工艺者优先；
2、熟悉药品相关法律法规与GMP规范等质量管理体系的管理要求；
3、具有较强的质量意识、责任心强，工作严谨、细心，有较强的分析判断能力，能坚持原则，善于沟通；
4、具有较强的学习能力、有团队协作精神，工作积极进取；
5、能熟练使用办公软件。
