岗位描述
我们正在打造面向 OceanBase 数据库的智能诊断平台，致力于通过 AI 与工程化的深度融合，实现数据库性能问题的自动发现、根因定位与优化建议，提升客户与前线同学的诊断效率。
1. 负责 Web 系统的架构设计、开发，落地面向客户与前线的一站式诊断工具/系统，提升问题定位与调优效率；
2. 探索大模型、时序分析、知识图谱等 AI 技术在数据库诊断领域的落地，构建可解释、可信赖的智能诊断体系；
3. 参与一些客户环境问题诊断，将一线经验沉淀为产品能力，帮助 OceanBase 在云上、云下更好地落地；

职位要求
1. 精通至少一门语言（Java/Go/Python），熟悉分布式系统开发，有大型项目架构设计经验；
2. 熟悉分布式数据库或分布式系统的运行机制、架构体系，了解 SQL、事务、存储引擎等核心模块者；
3. 具备云上系统或 Web 应用的架构设计与开发经验，熟悉微服务架构、高并发设计，有全栈开发能力者；
4. 熟悉容器化与云原生技术，如Docker、k8s；
5. 能够跨团队协作，胜任有挑战的工作，具备技术热情与owner意识。

加分项
1. 有数据库运维工具、可观测平台（Observability）、APM 系统开发经验；
2. 熟悉 Prometheus、Grafana、OpenTelemetry 等监控生态；
3. 有大模型（LLM）在垂直领域落地或 Agent 开发经验；
4. 有开源数据库（MySQL、PostgreSQL、TiDB 等）社区贡献经验。
