任职要求：
1、电子工程、计算机科学、电子通信等相关专业本科及以上学历，一年以上相关经验。
2、熟悉模拟/数字电路、嵌入式系统开发，了解触摸传感原理（如自电容、互电容检测）。
3、熟悉C/C++，熟悉RTOS或裸机开发，具备ARM Cortex-M系列MCU开发经验。
4、工具链：掌握Keil、vscode、source insight等IDE，熟悉示波器、逻辑分析仪等调试工具。
5、熟悉I²C、SPI、UART等接口，了解HID协议（针对触控上报）。
6、有触控IC（如Cypress、Synaptics、foctech等方案）或人机交互（HMI）开发经验者优先。
7、熟悉消费电子（手机、平板）、家电（触摸面板）、汽车中控等应用场景。
8、能快速定位触控失灵、跳点等复杂问题，并提供软硬件协同解决方案。
9、出色的表达能力，能清晰传达技术方案，应对客户紧急需求。
10、跟进触控新技术（如手势识别、防水触控），适应多任务出差支持。
11、英语读写能力（阅读芯片手册），具备跨团队（硬件、算法、测试）协作经验。
