岗位职责
1、参与公司核心业务系统的后端开发，完成功能模块设计、编码及优化；
2、负责Java后端技术架构的设计与实现，熟练使用分布式、微服务等主流技术栈；
3、参与数据库设计与性能调优，保障系统稳定性和扩展性
4、协同团队解决技术难题，完成代码审查及技术文档编写；
5、配合前端、测试团队完成项目全流程开发，保障项目按时交付；
6、跟踪技术动态，持续优化现有系统架构。
任职要求
1、大专及以上学历，2年以上Java开发经验，熟悉软件开发流程及规范。
2、扎实的Java基础，熟悉集合、多线程、IO、网络编程等核心机制；
3、熟练使用Spring、SpringMVC、Spring Boot、MyBatis等主流框架；
4、熟悉MySQL数据库开发，了解索引优化、SQL调优及事务管理；
5、熟悉Redis等缓存技术，了解RabbitMQ/Kafka等消息中间件；
6、熟悉RESTful API设计规范，了解分布式系统开发基础；
7、掌握Git版本控制工具，熟悉Linux系统基本操作;
