优化网络请求性能，解决高并发、分布式环境下的爬虫技术难题。
分析并绕过目标网站的反爬机制（如IP封禁、验证码、动态加密等）。
实现数据清洗、结构化存储（如MySQL、Elasticsearch等），支持业务部门数据需求。
与算法、数据分析团队协作，提供高质量数据源。
任职要求：
必需技能：
扎实的Java基础，精通集合、多线程、IO/NIO、网络编程等。
熟悉HTTP/HTTPS协议及网络通信机制，熟练使用HttpClient、OkHttp等工具。
具备爬虫开发经验，掌握WebMagic、Jsoup、Selenium等至少一种框架。
熟悉主流数据库（MySQL、Redis）及SQL优化，了解NoSQL技术。
熟悉HTML/XML/JSON解析，精通XPath、正则表达式等数据提取技术。
优先条件：
有分布式爬虫经验（如Redis分布式队列、Zookeeper调度）。
熟悉反反爬策略（代理IP池、请求头动态伪装、浏览器指纹模拟）。
了解JS动态渲染页面爬取（PhantomJS、Puppeteer）。
有大规模数据ETL、Hadoop/Spark处理经验者优先。
有开源爬虫项目贡献或独立开发爬虫框架者加分。
