岗位职责：
负责公司核心产品与项目的后端系统设计、开发与维护，支撑高并发、高可用业务场景；
与前端、算法、产品团队紧密协作，将 AI 能力转化为可靠、安全、可落地的产品功能；
持续优化系统性能、数据一致性与容灾能力，应对复杂业务压力与突发流量。
任职要求：
计算机或相关专业本科及以上学历，3 年以上后端开发经验；
精通至少一种主流后端语言（如 PHP / Python / Go / Python / Node.js），熟悉常用框架与中间件；
熟悉分布式系统设计，掌握数据库（MySQL/PostgreSQL）、缓存（Redis）、消息队列（Kafka/RabbitMQ）等核心组件；
具备良好的 API 设计能力，理解 RESTful/gRPC 等通信规范；
有责任心，能在高强度节奏下高效交付，具备优秀的故障排查与应急响应能力；
具备良好的沟通表达与跨团队协作意识，能清晰阐述技术方案并推动落地。
加分项（重点考察）：
有实际使用大模型 API 的项目经验（如调用 LLM 实现内容生成、语义理解、智能客服等）；
了解智能体（Agent）工作流，如 ReAct、Tool Use、Memory 管理等模式，并有相关后端支持实践；
熟悉 Prompt Engineering、输出结构化控制（如 JSON Schema）、结果校验与防幻觉机制；
熟练使用 AI 编程工具（如 Claude、Cursor、通义灵码）提升开发效率；
对 LangChain、LlamaIndex、Dify、FastAPI + LLM 集成等技术栈有了解或实践；
有构建“人 + AI”协同系统的经验，关注 AI 产品的安全性、合规性与用户体验。
