岗位职责：
1.负责自动化回归测试库的设计、编写、迭代与维护，提升回归测试效率与覆盖率;
2.负责软件打包、构建、出库、发布等流程的执行与优化，保障版本交付规范与稳定;
3.负责软件产品功能测试、工程化应用场景测试，设计测试方案并执行;
4.负责新增功能点的手工测试缺陷提交与跟踪闭环;
5.参与测试流程优化、测试工具开发与落地，提升团队整体测试质量与效率;
6.配合开发、产品等部门完成问题定位、复现与验证，保障产品稳定上线。
任职要求：
1.本科及以上学历，计算机及相关专业，3年及以上Python测试开发/自动化测试相关工作经验;
2.熟练使用Python进行自动化测试脚本、测试工具、测试框架的开发与维护;
3.熟悉软件测试流程，能够独立完成功能测试、场景测试、回归测试等工作;
熟悉Linux环境开发与部署，熟练使用Git，具备CI/CD实践经验(如 GitLabCl/Jenkins4.等);
5.具备C++开发经验者优先;
6.具备CAE/CAD等行业工作经验者优先;
7.具备良好的沟通协作能力、问题分析能力与结果导向意识，责任心强，能推动问题闭环。
