岗位职责：
1、主导新产品试产，系统性解决试产过程问题，提升新产品合格率，汇总新产品制程数据，以达到转产指标，确保项目顺利转量产
2、组织新产品试产开工会，提前识别制造要素Ready状况
3、输出新产品问题改善案例，提炼可制造性基线（DFX）
4、结合DFX基线，参与新项目方案和设计定型评审，提前识别设计问题，推动优化5、制作试产项目的文件（Flow chart/MI/BOM），维护试产相关系统（SAP/BIS/MES）
6、新项目工艺评估，制定工艺路线并提供电芯报价合格率
7、参与新产品客户审核，并准备制程相关资料（Flow chart/关键工序CPK/PFMEA/优率报告等）
8、量产工艺维护及合格率提升
任职要求：
1、掌握6Sigma、PFMEA、DOE、8D、5WHY等工具，并妥善运用解决制程问题
2、能独立分析新产品制程异常，问题描述/原因分析/改善对策等制定
3、能组织会议讨论解决项目问题，统筹各部门协作，并达成业务成果
4、熟练掌握Excel、PPT操作方法、并能通过PPT汇报工作成果
加分技能：热爱体育活动/6sigma绿带/黑带/PMP证书
