1.维护质量管理体系 ISO9001/IATF16949，内部审核、管理评审、不符合项整改跟进。
2.质量文件管控：检验规范、质量流程、FQC/OQC 标准审核、版本管控。
3.客户审核、第三方审核对接，准备资料，跟进稽核问题整改闭环。
4.来料、制程、成品检验标准审核，监督各岗位按标准执行。
5.物料、产品追溯性管理，监督批次管控，防止混料。
6.参与新项目评审，评审质量文件，确保标准齐全；监督不合格品管控流程落地。
岗位要求
1.大专电子相关，2-4 年 PCBA QA 工程师经验。
2.熟悉 ISO9001，懂 IATF16949 优先；熟悉体系审核流程。
3.熟悉 SMTPCBA 全流程，能编制、审核检验规范。
4.熟悉文件版本管控、产品批次追溯管理。
5.较强文档编写能力，细心严谨，善于稽核发现流程漏洞。
