2.精通Unity3D的图形渲染、物理引擎、AI、资源管理、性能分析等模块；
3.精通Unity3D引擎架构设计，熟练使用Unity NGUI等插件，熟悉UI框架和U3D性能优化；
4.对Unity3D组件系统有比较深刻的理解，能够快速定位和优化前端效率问题；
5.具备较强的责任心、学习能力及独立解决问题的能力，具备较好的跨职能团队合作精神，能够承担一定的工作压力；
6.熟练掌握C#,具备良好的编程习惯；
7.有较强的逻辑思维能力，善于分析、归纳、描述、沟通和解决问题；
