参与业务部门例会、立项和重大运营及战略讨论，确保从源头上发现、上报和遏制财务、税务、资金、运营及合规等风险；日常流程中的财务处理，财务风险识别及应对；
建立渠道的费控预警机制，关键的红线指标、活动机制风险；
3.专项分析
出具月度经营分析报告并与业务经营层沟通，推动重点事项的落地；对业务方案进行风险评估，建立定期的业务和财务数据跟踪体系，对重点业务和项目进行事前评估、事中随时跟进、事后定期反馈；针对业务场景进行ROI等专项分析，识别可提升ROI及业务结果的事项；识别业务部门可以节约的事项，联动财税降本；
4.财务核算
负责业务板块的会计账务处理工作，确保账实相符，以及费控系统对于财务模块的优化方案及指南更新迭代；
5.协助工作
协助团队完善各类系统报表、BI数据、重大或品牌营销活动测算，以及领导安排的其他事项。

任职要求：
1.本科及以上学历，财会、审计等相关专业背景；
2.具有3年以上快消品行业经验，电商BP工作经验；
3.熟悉财务管理、预算编制等业务流程，擅长财务分析，熟悉财务分析模型，精通Excel或其他数字工具，能清晰地展示数据结构并解析问题；
4.对数据敏感，能将财务数据和业务实质进行关联和解读；
5.适应能力强，具有良好的沟通、团队协作能力，注重细节。
