岗位描述：
1、深入了解公司战略，对财务工作进行战略规划和管理指导；编制业务年度、季度财务预算及预测，监控及解释关键指标变动及KPI预实差异，深入挖掘潜在原因，发现并提出引导性建议和控制措施；
2、深入参与业务运营，在各个项目前期阶段充分提示财税风险，及时发现并防控非合规事项，确保业务有效开展；
3、主导资金规划和管理，搭建稳健的资金结构，确保资金安全；
4、统筹税务筹划和合规管理，提升税务筹划能力；
5、全面梳理各项业务流程，支持业务部门提高内部效率，提升财务质量，优化财务流程；
6、洞察业务需求，速快反应业务痛点并出具有效财务建议，牵头形成系统性的财务解决方案，并促进方案落地；
7、熟悉互金行业优先，能够梳理并发现目前逻辑不完善之处并搭建真实反应公司经营效率的分析模型。
岗位要求：
1、.财务、审计、金融等相关专业全日制大学统招本科及以上学历，有CPA优先。
2、10年以上工作经验，其中会计师事务所经验不少于5年，财务总监管理经验不少于3年，管理团队不少于10人，有四大会计师事务所、大型互联网公司；
3、熟练操作EXCEL、PPT等办公软件，具备数据敏感性，能够出具各种分析报告。
