【岗位职责】：
1、深入了解消费分期产品的产品属性、业务场景、客群特征、风险模式，制定与业务模式匹配的风险管理流程和政策框架，并结合三方数据、征信数据、金融机构内部数据，对客户的信用风险和欺诈风险进行评估与计量。
2、有大型金融机构/银行信用卡完整管理过消费信贷资产经验，负责C端信贷智能决策服务整体规划，含新产品、新业务和流程的设计和创新，制定风险识别、风险评估、风险控制和风险定价等相关方案；
3、制定消费分期产品/信用卡产品及其他长期信贷资产的贷前/贷中/贷后风控策略，参与各类信用评分模型的设计、开发、验证、监控以及优化工作；
4、负责授信政策和准入规则，贷前、贷中以及贷后管理及催收政策和制定、调整和监控；
5、负责策略和模型的全生命周期规划与管理，以及在决策引擎上的部署与监控。
【任职资格】：
1、本科及以上学历，经济、数学、统计、计算机等相关专业，研究生优先考虑；
2、10年以上互金行业风险工作经验，5年以上管理经验，有大型金融机构/银行信用卡经验，完整管理过消费信贷的成功经验；
3、熟悉金融信贷领域风险控制指标体系，具有较强的风险分析、风险识别、风险评估与指标设计能力；
4、有海外项目经验、良好的英语沟通能力者优先。
