岗位职责：
1.硬件项目计划，分配 PCB Layout 任务，评估 Layout 工作量，排定小组开发计划，跟进各版本 PCB 进度；
2.主导关键、复杂 PCB 板的 Layout 技术把关，审核组员输出 PCB 布局、布线、叠层、阻抗、DFM 文件；输出 Gerber、钻孔文件、坐标文件、装配图，输出 PCB 生产资料包；
3.评审原理图，输出 PCB 布局评估，提前识别结构、EMC/EMI、散热、安规、工艺风险，组织 PCB 方案评审；
4.建立并维护 Layout 设计规范：叠层规范、阻抗规则、RF信号、电源处理、ESD、安规、DFM 工艺规范，推动团队统一执行；
5. 重要项目的 PCB Layout设计，协助软件定位排查问题。
任职要求：
1.熟练使用 PCB 设计软件：Altium Designer，会 PADS/Cadence Allegro 其中一种更佳；熟悉封装库建库管理，熟悉电路基础。
2.精通 PCB 叠层设计、阻抗计算、差分走线、PI 电源完整性、ESD/EMI 布局布线、安规距离、散热处理
3.了解硬件基础：模拟电路、数字电路等，熟悉常用元器件，能理解硬件工程师设计意图
4.从事过磁轴键盘和鼠标PCB LAYOUT经验优先录用。
