任职资格
1.本科以上学历，计算机及相关专业，毕业后一直从事开发工作，且有3年以上JAVA开发经验；
2.熟练掌握SpringBoot, Mybatis等后端开发核心框架；
3.熟悉SpringCloud，Activiti等主流开源框架；
4.熟悉SQL语法，掌握MySql、Redis等数据库缓存技术；
5.熟悉Eclipse、Git、Docker等常用开发工具；
6.有大型系统平台、项目的开发经验；
7.具有良好的编程习惯和编程风格，规范的文档编写能力；
8.具有较强的团队协作精神和责任心，热衷于探索新技术，勇于接受挑战；具备良好的沟通能力和较强的学习能力。
