4.作为Conan、Nexus、Docker Registry (或Hub) 等关键服务的“责任人”，保障其高可用、高性能与安全性，支撑研发团队的日常需求

岗位要求:
1.3年以上DevOps或SRE经验，熟悉Linux系统、网络及存储
2.熟悉自建、运维和管理企业内部研发工具链
3.熟悉 GitLab CI/CD 和 Jenkins 流水线设计，具备从零搭建或大规模重构的经验优先
具备出色的脚本能力（Python/Shell），拥有强烈的系统化思维和对质量、安全的高追求。
