职位描述：
1、负责广告系统的测试开发工作，如广告sdk、核心广告链路的测试开发；
2、业务测试过程，按需使用各种工具或新增脚本/工具，构造场景完成测试；
3、适配业务发展、构建测试效率、测试质量相关的工具集合，如模块级别自动化、系统级CICD流程搭建、测试环境工具集合等；
4、质量数据度量，分析业务质量数据，进而规划相关改进并推动落地。
任职要求：
1、能够熟练使用Python/Go/Java任一语言开发，有测试提效、测试质量相关的项目开发经验；
2、有较强的测试能力和工具使用能力，能够独立负责复杂业务需求、复杂重构项目的测试工作；
3、熟悉软件迭代流程，有一定协调推动能力，能够在项目每个阶段把控项目风险；
4、有较强的学习能力，有快速发现问题、解决问题的能力；
5、工作主动高、责任心强，能够独立负责一个业务方向，提升业务迭代效率、提高业务迭代质量。
加分项：
1、有大型商业化广告测试开发经验优先；
2、Java开发能力较强者优先。
