1、负责业务调研及客户访谈（制定调研大纲、设计问题清单、客户方案、需求挖掘及引导、汽车业务趋势分析及竞争对手分析）
2、负责需求分析及数据分析（对客户需求进行分析并编制业务流程图、数据流程图、系统边界图等需求文档）
3、负责解决方案设计（设计交互原型图，业务流程图、设计数据分析流程、系统流程、编制项目解决方案、汇报材料等）
4、负责对项目实施中的需求变更进行维护、改进与完善
5、负责输出各项目阶段文档
6、配合软件开发人员进行功能开发、测试及功能合格验收测试；
7、负责对客户进行相关的培训工作，指导客户进行系统测试；
8、进行用户研究和可用性研究，不断完善行业产品方案，提高用户体验
任职要求：
1、.熟悉Oracle或MySQL数据库并熟练操作，了解Java，python等编程语言优先
2、5年以上的APS，SAP等ERP相关领域的实施经验，熟悉采购与供应商协同领域的业务流程，有多行业的经验者优先；
3、具备需求计划，产销平衡、订单承诺、MRP计划等计划体系的相关工作经验；
4、能够独立承担需求分析、方案设计、系统测试、客户培训、数据导入等工作；
5、责任心强、有良好的沟通能力、组织能力、团队协作能力，能适应项目出差；
6、熟练使用交互工具（Axure、墨刀）；
7、了解测试工具postman的使用；
8、具有较强的团队合作意识和管理能力，有良好的沟通协调能力，较强的抗压能力、执行力和优秀的职业操守。
9、责任心强、有良好的沟通能力、组织能力、团队协作能力，能适应项目出差
