2、熟练掌握java基础、java多线程、并发、数据库事务、Spring、Spring Boot/Cloud等框架和技术；

4、精通MySQL或postgre高级特性（事务隔离、锁机制、执行计划分析），有千万级数据表优化经验优先；
5、了解基础AI概念，了解RAG项目，能通过LangChain4j等工具完成简单LLM调用（如FAQ自动回复）；
6、有物流系统核心模块开发经验（如运力调度、报关申报）者优先；
7、参与过AI项目数据预处理或工程化落地（如对话日志清洗、API服务封装）者优先；
