3、有单载波通信系统的项目经验加分；
4、具备扎实的数学基础，较强的逻辑思维能力，钻研精神和创造力，能不断学习新知识，有良好的分析和解决问题的能力；
5、具有较强的英文文献阅读能力，能够熟练撰写高质量的技术报告。
