岗位职责：
1. 负责电气装配/线束生产/电力电子产品及成套产品的产线设备/工具等搭建、导入、维护、维修工作
2. 负责SOP及相关参考文件的修订、改善、和培训相关人员以落实相关作业，确保设备的生产和质量能力符合公司要求
3. 负责制程中产生的相关设备不良、异常/故障的分析、支持和闭环处理、归档、及分享传承工作等；
4. 负责产线设备的提产、提质、降本、提升uptime等相关改善和改造、设备导入等工作；
5. 负责协助研发和工艺团队，在换型或路线变更时的相关改造工作；
6. 负责辖区的安全管理、安全改善、文件管理、6S管理工作；
7. 负责各类设备、备件、工装等采购、维修、报废和改善、台账管理等工作；
8. 负责或协助设备管理体系遵循质量、环境安全、职业健康管理体系的管理和改善工作；
9. 严格遵守公司安全要求
10. 负责团队技术培训和考核工作
岗位要求：
1) 统招本科以上学历，3 年以上工作经验，其中 3 年以上设备维护管理工作经验
2）精通相关设备的选型导入、运维、管理等工作，尤其是PCS/变压器等电力电子的测试设备，线束剥切/压接/插壳测试等设备、视觉系统、工控机系统备份和重装、变频和伺服系统维修更换、电磁和气动阀、AGV运维、智能拧紧；熟练使用低压控制器件，熟悉基本运行或结构原理（必须熟知，并具备使用/维修能力：继电器、气缸、光电类型接近开关和按钮等主令器件，变频器和伺服系统、电磁阀等电动系统）。
3）具备CAD电气读图能力，机械原理图的识别、绘制能力（零件、布局）；
熟悉伺服和变频系统、HMI、工业PC系统的调试，熟悉基恩士、西门子等PLC编程及应用，能够进行简单的PLC编程和分析。具备ISO9001/14001/45001相关经验优先
4）有管理团队经验，良好的团队意识和沟通表达能力。
5）良好的团队意识和沟通表达能力，熟练运用FEMA、8D等工具。
6）备高低压电工证
7）熟练电路连接装配、使用电烙铁、用万用表测量电阻/电压/电流、机械安装和装配。
