职位介绍：
1、主要负责非洲赞比亚及周边英语市场开拓，配合海外分管总监，搭建南部非洲销售与服务站，并带领销售和技术服务团队和执行年度销售计划；
2、带领团队，负责开发辖区内的矿业公司，如全球性矿企Barrick（巴里克黄金）、FQM（Di一量子）、Kankola铜矿等旗下露天矿的巨型工程轮胎业务和维护区域矿业客户关系;
3、负责辖区内中资相关矿企，如中色15冶及相关矿企协作单位（采矿承包商）等巨胎业务开发与维护工作；
4、协管EMEA南部英语区市场的日常业务管理和主要矿企的巨胎技术服务工作；
5、负责辖区内中方和外籍员工管理工作，办公室创建、运营及其他集团交付的战略业务开拓工作。
任职要求：
1、全日制本科学历以上，英语专八或相应能力；
2、有非洲南部地区矿业的销售实战能力和成功独立开发业务的经验；
3、有工程机械或者轮胎行业头部企业或矿业公司任职工作经验及外籍业务团队代理经验的优先考虑；
4、10年以上海外市场业务开拓或海外项目运营管理经验，或5年以上的海外轮胎/矿用设备销售经验；
5、能接受海外年工作天数不低于180天/年；
6、国内工作地点厦门或上海，境外需常驻非洲赞比亚基特韦地区。
