2.算法研发与优化：
主导大模型的预训练、微调、蒸馏、压缩等核心算法的研发与优化。
解决模型训练中的性能瓶颈，提升模型的效率、稳定性和泛化能力。
3.团队管理与协作：
组建和管理高水平的技术团队，培养团队成员的技术能力。
与产品、工程、数据团队紧密合作，确保算法模型的高效落地。
4.项目落地与业务支持：
推动大模型在具体业务场景中的应用，如智能对话、内容生成、知识推理等。
结合实际业务需求，设计并实现高效的模型部署方案。
5.技术影响力建设：
代表公司参与行业技术交流，提升公司在AI领域的技术影响力。

任职要求
1.计算机科学、人工智能、数学或相关领域的硕士/博士学位
2.5年以上人工智能算法研发经验，有成功的大模型项目落地经验者优先
