Learning Specialist -Airport Services

Location: Shenzhen
Role Introduction:
1、Design deliver airport passenger ramp handling training programmes (functional, technical, service, leadership) across HKIA the regions.
2、Ensure frontline airport staff airport leaders have the required technical behavioural competencies to carry out core duties according to operational service standards.
3、Enable port Trainers, Training Coordinators Airport Leaders to implement effective training development programmes according to the needs of the business individuals
Key Responsibilities:
1、Deliver functional, technical service programmes system wide fabove below the wings airport frontline 2、employees ground handling agents.
3、Deliver train-the-trainer certification courses fground handling agent trainers. Conduct supplier training / trainer audit programmes.
4、Actively liaise with local port training coordinatto identify local needs support learning plans.
5、Participate in design delivery of new training programme, leveraging digital learning technologies.
6、Lead cutover training projects deliver cutover trainings to ensure effective launch of new stations, change of suppliers, seasonal relaunches.
7、Participate in on-the-job experience programme support the line operations.
8、Monitmandatory training completion fspecific region(s), follow up with port leaders.
9、Work independently report back to Cathay Academy in Hong Kong on local learning needs.
10、Collaborate closely with local teams to ensure that training programs are aligned with local business objectives regulatory requirements
11、Emergency Accident Crisis Response responsibilities as required
Qualifications / Experience:
1、Academic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management a closely related discipline
2、Knowledge, Skills, Training Experience
1）5+ years of airport passenger and/ramp/baggage handling experience (supervisory experience above preferred)
2）Sound airport operational knowledge – above below-the-wings
3）Role model of customer service, operational safety excellence
4）Strong personal presence verbal / non-verbal communication skills
5）Excellent verbal written communication skills in English local language
6）Strong interpersonal, problem solvingganising skills
7）Strong sense of responsibility acts as a supportive team player
8）Willingness to travel extensively
9）Willingness to occasionally work during irregular hours
10）Willingness to work occasionally during rest days public holidays
