岗位职责
1. 协助解决方案工程师进行客户需求分析，明确业务目标，整理技术需求，支撑方案设计。
2. 在资深工程师指导下，协助完成仓储自动化解决方案设计、技术方案编写、成本分析及汇报材料准备。
学习使用 AutoCAD 等工具绘制方案布局图与流程图，调研行业趋势与新技术。
3. 协助系统顾问对接客户，参与客户会议，将业务需求转化为技术方案，并配合项目团队完成测试、培训及上线支持。
4. 负责撰写并维护项目文档，包括需求文档、用户手册、实施报告等。
任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历，工业工程、机械工程、自动化等相关专业优先，2026/2027 届毕业生。
2. 学习能力强，适应力好，具备良好的分析与解决问题能力，可同时处理多项任务。
3. 熟悉 AutoCAD、Office 优先，有 MySQL、Linux 基础更佳。
4. 韩语熟练，英语可沟通，表达能力优秀，可根据项目需求接受海外出差。
