1.根据数智板块整体发展战略规划,行业现状及发展趋势,协助数智板块总经理制定团队销售策略及计划并有效执行。
2.依照销售策略及计划,负责组建营销团队和业务开发管理工作,督促团队成员完成销售目标,达成个人及团队业绩指标。
3.对数智板块未来的发展及市场营销战略进行前瞻预判能力,为数智板块提供准确的行业定位,协同技术部门对现有产品进行完善和新产品开发提供市场信息反馈，提升数智板块产品市场竞争力。
4.领导数智板块市场营销部门的日常工作与团队建设,指导团队制定与执行市场整体运作策略方案,包括市场预算控制,市场活动、广告宣传及公关等。
5.组织与策划数智板块公关宣传活动,维护媒体关系,保持数智板块与媒体的有效沟通,开拓新兴媒体渠道。
6.负责业务培训,确保销售团队掌握数智板块产品和服务的技术内容,管理团队业绩与完成情况,促进实现销售目标。
任职要求
1.理工科硕士及以上学历，人工智能、传媒或相关专业优先。
2.八年以上机器人/自动化行业/人工智能或相关领域的管理经验,熟悉机器人研发、制造、机器人集成应用等方面专业知识。
3,优秀的团队管理与战略决策能力,丰富的供应链管理、成本控制及客户关系管理经验。
4.出色的文案整理能力以及沟通协调能力，能与政府、客户、供应商高效对接。
5.具备超前的战略思维能力、跨文化沟通能力与资源整合能力,能够高效推动跨部门协作并达成业务目标。
