岗位职责：
1、组织制定公司安全指标，编制安全工作计划，拟定安全操作规程、安全相关制度，各部门及施工现场应急预案制定工作。
2、组织签订安全管理责任书。
3、组织公司级安全检查、隐患整改，同时监督指导各部门开展安全自查、隐患整改。
4、组织安全生产事故调查、处理、善后等工作。
5、随时对各部门及施工现场进行安全监督、检查，并做好安全检查记录；对不符合安全规范的各部门及施工的班组及个人进行安全教育、处罚，并及时责令整改。
6、检查公司现场安全防护是否符合安全规定和标准；发现各部门或施工现场有不安全隐患，应及时提出改进措施，并制止不安全行为的发生。
7、督促实施并对改进后的设施进行检查验收；对不改进的，提出处置意见报负责人处理；正确填报公司现场安全措施检查情况的安全生产报告。
8、依据法律法规标准督促、协助各部门按属地职能部门要求办理各类EHS相关的合规性证件。
9、组织监督三级安全培训的落实，负责公司级安全培训。
10、组织开展应急预案演练，同时监督指导各部门开展专项应急预案、现场处置预案等。
11、负责剧毒品、易制毒品、易制爆品的采购平台上外联工作和危废等的管理等工作。
12、负责公司EHS方面的日常管理等工作。
13、公司领导安排的其他工作。
岗位要求：
1、本科及以上学历；
2、有制药企业EHS工作经验；
3、环境工程相关专业。
