4、参加各种类型展会和研讨会，收集市场信息，形成市场报告；
5、功率器件新产品的市场调查、信息反馈、立项定义、产品验证，引用SWTO分析，形成产品调研报告；
6、协助销售，研发，市场部门完成对市场信息的搜集和反馈，为公司提供新产品，新客户，新渠道的开发意见，完成产品的推广；
7、完成对所属团队人员、绩效的日常管理,培养好下属,形成人才梯队。

任职要求：
1、本科以上学历，5年以上工作经验；
2、专业：电子类（电子信息工程，应用电子，微电子与集成电路，电气自动化）；
3、熟悉基本电路与设计要求，熟练使用各种调试仪器，动手能力强；
4、熟悉功率器件MOS/ TVS/ ESD/ SBD/ GaN/ IGBT/ SiC等的产品基础与应用；
5、有相关PC、电动工具、电源、汽车电子等领域的FAE经验，市场经验以及基带经验者优先考虑；有相关静电整改和浪涌防护基础优先，有开关电源或者PD开发经验优先考虑。
