岗位职责：
1. 负责支持客户端卫星通信终端的应用，负责支持卫星通信模块的软硬件开发；
2. 负责客户技术问题的定位和分析，并给出解决方案。遇到复杂问题时，及时协调公司内部资源进行联合攻关；
3.需要出差到客户端提供现场的技术支持，根据客户的应用情况，为客户提供可行的技术方案，客户问题跟踪、状态维护，客户关系管理。

任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，通信工程、电子信息、自动化等相关专业，具备良好的英文技术资料阅读能力；
2. 掌握射频电路、数字电路基础知识；有卫星通信、物联网终端开发经验者优先；
3. 具备良好的学习能力、逻辑思维及独立分析、定位和解决问题的能力，能够快速理解客户需求并转化为可执行的技术方案；
4. 乐于与客户沟通合作，思维活跃、善于表达，具备良好的客户服务意识和抗压能力；
5. 工作积极主动、细致耐心，具备良好的团队协作与沟通协调能力；动手能力强，能适应出差（包括国内与海外项目支持）。
