【岗位职责】
1.主数据维护：负责SAP系统中物料编码、供应商明细、客户信息等的日常维护；
2.BOM建立：根据成品明细，在系统中建立BOM（物料清单）；
3.采购订单管理：PO的建立与维护（成本、订单明细等），以及系统内采购订单预付款申请；
4.收货与发货处理：发货后完成采购收货入库及后续发货系统操作；
5.单证支持：提供银行核查所需的提单、关单等文件，协助尼日侧完成系统入库收货；
6.销售订单管理：SO的建立与维护（售价、订单明细等），销售订单预收款申请；
7.电放操作：完成系统电放处理，并协助尼日侧进行系统电放；
8.销售支持：提供销售合同、发票等销售助理相关事务。
【任职要求】
1.大专及以上学历，财务、物流、国际贸易、信息管理等相关专业优先；
2.1年以上SAP系统操作经验，熟悉MM（物料管理）或SD（销售与分销）模块者优先；
3.了解进出口单证基本知识（提单、关单、电放等）；
4.具备基础英文读写能力，能处理英文单据；
5.细心、责任心强，能处理大量重复性系统录入工作；
6.具备良好的沟通能力，能与内外部及尼日侧同事协同。
【加分项】
•有国际贸易或供应链系统操作经验；
•熟悉信用证、预付款、预收款流程；
•能用英语进行简单邮件沟通。
