一、岗位职责
1. 承担医疗仪器软件的上位机核心开发工作；
2. 负责或者参与医疗仪器设备的客户需求分析，与客户和产品负责人紧密合作以深度理解需求；
3. 基于客户需求，与机械、电子、光学、系统等技术部门紧密合作，提供技术解决方案；
5. 根据团队共识的*佳代码实践，在团队中提供代码审核支持；
6. 参与团队软件质量开发流程建设，在软件功能实现过程中，完成单元测试、接口测试和集成测试；
7. 负责开发文档工作，包括设计文档，代码审核文档，以及测试报告文档等等；
8. 通过培训或者知识分享等方式，协助测试团队完成高质量的测试计划；
9. 负责软件缺陷调试和修复，与测试、市场、售后等部门紧密合作，快速对客户报告的软件缺陷做出反应和支持；
10. 驱动技术创新，以不断优化团队效率或者提升用户业务价值

二、聘用要求
1、学历要求：本科及以上（接受优秀应届生）
2、熟练使用C#，熟悉.Net框架
3、熟练掌握WPF编程，理解其基本原理，如属性、数据绑定、样式、模板、常用控件。熟悉MVVM的开发模式，并了解一些主流框架；
4、了解内存模型，熟悉内存溢出常见解决方案
5、熟悉界面设计，熟练使用XAML，对原生控件内部实现有所了解。
6、数据结构算法功底扎实，熟练掌握数据库开发技术；
7、熟悉Linux/windows系統、会基本的操作系统脚本语言；对进程间通信、多线程等技术有较好理解；
8、熟悉网络编程，熟悉TCP/IP协议；
9、具备良好沟通能力，理解能力，做事认真负责，勇于挑战；
10、从事过医疗行业软件开发者优先，有发光或生化分析仪开发经验者优先；
11、优秀的逻辑分析能力，过程改进能力，工作流程中创新机会点的识别能力；
12、熟悉Java技术栈开发优先；
13、有敏捷研发流程经验，单元测试经验，CICD流程经验或者测试框架经验者优先；
14、有良好的英语读写能力者优先；
15、有跨技术栈经验者优先
