4、掌握MySQL、Redis底层原理，熟悉NoSQL存储, 掌握常用的设计模式；
5、掌握常用中间件、分布式解决方案及其原理：分布式缓存、SOA、消息中间件MQ，连接池等；
6、有较强的逻辑思维能力，数据分析能力、问题排查能力,主动积极有责任感，能够承担工作压力;
