3.熟悉面向服务的架构及相关中间件，有微服务开发和运维经验，熟悉JavaWeb应用框架和工具链，熟悉Linux、MySQL、NoSQL等
4.了解分布式系统的原理，熟悉Spring、MyBatis、Redis、Kafka等常见中间件的原理
5.具备良好的沟通协调能力、较强的逻辑分析能力、快速的学习能力
