工作职责
1、产品检验标准与质量管控：
a.协同RC团队制定维修及定损产品的检验标准体系，结合市场动态与客户反馈，设计针对性检验方案并落地执行。
b.定期生成周度/月度质量分析报告，建立考核机制，推动产品缺陷闭环管理，确保交付质量符合业务预期。
2、服务质量检查与合规监督：
a.对CTSC全域服务质量开展不定期检查，覆盖流程执行规范性、政策落地有效性、行为合规性及客户满意度等维度。
b.依据业务标准输出检查报告，同步制定考核方案，督导问题整改，保障服务品质持续提升。
3、业务流程优化与效率提升：
a.系统性分析CTSC现有业务流程及制度，识别跨部门协作痛点，提出可落地的优化建议。
b.推动流程改进措施实施，建立长效沟通机制，提升整体运营效率与资源协同效能。
职位要求
1.本科及以上学历，具备3年以上相关领域工作经验，优先考虑拥有售后质量管理、质量检查与控制、或业务流程优化经验者；
2.熟悉质量管控体系与流程优化方法论，具备跨部门协作经验者更佳；
3.具备扎实的数据分析能力，能通过结构化思维提炼问题本质，独立撰写逻辑清晰、结论明确的专业报告；
4.善于独立思考，能快速定位业务痛点并提出可落地的解决方案，推动问题闭环；
5.坚持客观公正的原则，在质量检查与流程审计中保持中立立场，确保决策依据充分且符合业务标准。
