岗位职责：
1. 负责公司产品和项目的后端研发工作；
2. 编写项目核心代码和完成设计工作；
3. 组织项目代码走查工作，提升团队人员技术能力；
4. 配合项目编写技术解决方案；
5. 协助管理项目中的外协人员，提升项目交付质量；
6. 完成领导交办的其他事项。

任职要求：
1. 熟练掌握Java等开发语言，熟练使用常用的开发框架（spring、springboot、springcloud、hibernate、mybatis、dubbo等）；
2. 熟练使用常见的数据库（MySQL、Oracle），熟练使用常用的软件开发工具；
3. 具备复杂技术问题处理能力和技术解决方案编写能力；
4. 本科以上学历、计算机相关专业；
5. 五年以上开发经验，一年以上研发管理经验；
6. 能够承受较高的工作强度和较强的工作压力；
7. 具备较强的责任担当，能够协助团队进行充分的沟通和讨论，能解决过程中遇到的困难；
8. 能够以身作则，带动团队的学习氛围和工作氛围，并有一定的成果体现。
