岗位职责
1、参与核心业务系统（如交易系统、投研系统等）的需求分析、设计与开发，确保代码质量与交付口碑；
2、负责应用服务器的部署、配置及调优，能独立完成环境搭建与权限管理，并参与部分日常的系统运维；
3、负责日常生产平台的运营和管理，快速响应并解决线上Bug。
任职要求
1、本科及以上学历，计算机科学、软件工程等专业优先；
2、5年及以上Java后端开发经验，3年以上金融行业（银行、证券、保险等）系统开发经验；
3、精通Java和数据库，熟悉SpringBoot、MyBatis、Redis、Nginx、RabbitMQ、CICD等主流框架，并牵头过1~2个中大型项目；
4、熟悉Linux操作系统、Maven、Git等常用开发工具，了解TCP/IP协议栈，能配置网络拓扑（如VLAN划分、路由交换）；
5、熟悉Python、LLM、RAG、SFT，并参与过AI应用开发者优先考虑；
6、学习能力强，踏实正直，具备良好的沟通和问题解决能力，以及团队协作意识。
