3.精通Orcle或MySQL等数据库；精通SQL语法，熟悉SQL调优；熟悉MongoDB.Redi等其他非关系型数据库；

4.对高并发.JVM性能调优.优化迭代等有实际经验；

5.具有代码质量管理和进度管理能力；

6.具备良好的学习能力与技术文档书写能力，具备良好的表达和沟通的能力；

7.熟悉软件项目开发流程.具备较强的团队精神和合作精神，抗压能力强，有一定的领导力；
