【岗位职责】
1、负责公司工业项目/算法平台相关业务模块的后端开发，基于Spring Boot框架实现高可用微服务。
2、负责完成与算法团队的对接任务。
3、负责或参与数据库设计，熟练使用MySQL、PostgreSQL进行业务数据建模，并编写复杂SQL及优化。
4、配合项目经理完成项目落地，保质保量交付。
【任职要求】
1、5年以上Java开发经验，扎实的JVM基础，熟练使用Spring Boot、Spring Cloud（OpenFeign、Gateway、Nacos等）。有实际项目中使用多线程变成，具备线程池、CompletableFuture、锁机制解决并发问题的经验。
2、掌握Python基础，并使用Flask/FastAPI构建web服务。
3、精通MySQL、PostgreSQL，有索引优化、事务隔离级别实战经验。
4、至少熟悉Kafka或RocketMQ中的一种，理解消息可靠性、顺序消费等机制。
5、具有工业质检、自动化设备对接或工业视觉、半导体/AOI检测等领域相关项目经验。
6、掌握linux常用命令，熟练使用nginx或caddy等配置。
7、具有一定的抗压能力。
【加分项】
了解Vue（2/3）基本语法，能调试前端请求、修改简单页面组件者优先。
