岗位职责
1）根据抖音平台血糖仪行业发展，制定品牌的计划，带领项目达成业绩目标；
2）负责统筹抖音的推广运营工作，应对流量进行整体的把控和推进，把控抖音内容的产出；
3）根据业绩目标，合理规划投放预算，并对推广效果做持续优化，提升效率；
4）精通抖音平台的规则与玩法，了解直播、达播、投放、内容等模块；
5）研究行业趋势动作和竞品打法表现，关注市场动态，挖掘生意机会点，及时调整运营策略。
6）有一定的团队管理经验或服务商管理经验，能够培养与提升团队能力，协调好各部门间的工作；
7）有较强的的沟通能力与协作能力。
岗位要求
1）本科及以上学历；
2）3年以上电商经验（天猫/抖音PM履历优先），了解电商逻辑，熟悉短视频生态，了解抖音玩法与运营规则，做过医疗器械&年体量过亿项目优先。
3）有数据洞悉能力，能对项目进行独立诊断分析，把控项目费比。
4）有至少5人以上团队管理经验，对团队管理有见解。
5）主动性和责任心强，具有高涨的学习热情和能力，抗压性强。
