3.具备良好的表达和沟通能力，乐于接受有挑战性的工作，具备极强的团队合作精神，乐于分享。
4.了解Java环境下的并发编程以及应用优化。
5.有AI相关应用开发经验者优先。
6.有向量数据库，图数据库使用经验者优先。
