岗位职责：

1、充分理解产品需求，根据开发规范与流程完成系统设计、编码、测试以及相关文档的编写；
2、负责质量平台及效能平台部分核心代码开发、维护; 主流程代码设计、编码工作；
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，3年以上Java开发经验，具备良好的编程习惯及规范，有互联网金融项目者优先；
2、熟练掌握Java编程语言及其常用框架；
3、熟练掌握Linux服务器使用，了解必要命令操作；
4、熟悉常见的数据结构与算法、数据库、网络、缓存、中间件、运维知识；
5、熟悉Docker、Kubernetes等容器相关技术；
6、热衷于工程效率优化，关注前沿的软件工程技术；
7、具有较好的文档编写能力，掌握必要软件设计工具；
8、有很强的学习能力，工作主动性强，耐心细致，责任心强；有良好的沟通协调能力与团队合作精神。
