工作职责:
1、现场质量监督与控制：
负责生产现场的日常质量巡查，监督生产人员对GMP、SOP等规定的执行情况。
对关键特殊生产过程进行监控和趋势分析。
确保生产过程中的中间品、待包装产品符合既定质量标准。
2、批记录审核与产品放行：
负责审核批生产记录和批检验记录，确保记录真实、准确、完整、可追溯。
协助质量受权人（QP）完成*终产品的放行审核工作，确保每一批产品符合注册要求和质量标准后方可放行。
3、偏差与异常处理：
主导或参与生产过程中异常或不合格（NC）、偏差（Deviation）的调查、分析和处理。
制定并跟踪纠正与预防措施（CAPA），验证其有效性，确保根本原因被消除。
4、变更控制：
参与生产相关变更（如工艺、设备、物料、环境等）的评估与审核，确保变更受控且不会对产品质量产生负面影响。
5、验证与确认支持：
参与生产设备、清洁工艺、生产工艺的验证/确认（IQ/OQ/PQ）活动，审核相关方案和报告。
6、质量数据统计与分析：
收集、统计和分析生产质量相关数据（如一次合格率、偏差率等），撰写质量趋势报告，为质量改进提供数据支持。
7、质量体系维护：
参与编写和修订生产相关的质量管理体系文件（SOP、质量标准等）。
协助应对客户审核、第三方审核（如ISO 13485）和官方审计（如NMPA、FDA）。
8、培训：
对生产、检验、仓储等相关部门人员进行质量意识、GMP法规和SOP的培训。
任职资格:
1、本科及以上学历，电子工程、机械设计、工业设计、统计学、计算机等相关理工科专业;
2、有三年以上质量管理经验，医疗设备行业相关经验者优先;
3、熟悉ISO13485质量体系及医疗器械行业标准者优先;
4、熟练掌握相关质量工具；
5、良好的沟通、组织及协调能力;
6、工作积极主动、踏实，具有强烈的责任心，吃苦耐劳，具有较强的团队精神。
7、学习能力强，能够快速掌握相关新技术。
8、抗压性强，能接受生产加班需求。
