工作职责：

1、深入发掘和分析业务需求，撰写技术方案和系统设计,并完成编码开发工作。

2、解决项目中的技术难题，优化系统性能，提高系统的可扩展性和可维护性；

3、与产品和前端研发团队密切沟通，进行系统优化，提升可用性、易用性、性能及可运维性等；

4、为业务提供支持，解决各类技术难点；

5、完成上级领导交办的其他工作。

要求：

1、计算机软件等相关专业，3年以上java后端开发经验；

2、JAVA基础扎实，熟悉io、多线程、集合等基础框架，熟悉分布式、缓存、消息、搜索等机制；

3、熟练使用Spring、Springboot、MyBatis、Dubbo、Springcloud等框架；

4、深刻理解面向对象思想，熟悉常用的设计模式

5、有服务或流程编排、零代码／低代码平台、元数据、模型驱动、数据建模相关设计经验者优先。

6、良好的团队沟通和协作能力、逻辑理解能力、工作协调推进能力，有责任心，能自驱并持续学习
