2.熟练掌握Unity引擎工具，3DMAX，PS，AE等相关设计软件及插件制作游戏特效；3.有较强的设计能力并能不断创新，具有良好的团队沟通和协作能力；
4.有一定手绘能力优先，可以使用设计软件绘制符合项目风格的特效贴图素材；
5.喜爱动画、游戏以及电影，对特效美术有独特的见解。
